Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Evening: 7pm
3 Eggs Over-Easy (w/Cheese & Salsa Verde)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

State of Being:
It was a good day.

I had a great time at the NEOMED Health Fair, letting people know about the Mind Versus Mountain Health & Fitness Goals Support Group, launching next month.
