Challenge Two: Day Fifty-Four

Breakfast: 5am
1 Large Double-Mocha-Cappuccino Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Salad (w/Grilled Chicken Breast, Kale, Celery & Blue Cheese Dressing)
32oz. Water

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Chocolate & Butterscotch Covered Banana Visalus Shake
3 Eggs Sunny-Side Up (w/Cheese & Salsa)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Evening: 9pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Onion & Tabasco Sauce)
2 Cups of Steamed Broccoli (w/Cheese & Butter Sauce)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Walk-Count:


Squats:


Calf-Raises:

Wow, are my legs sore today!

It is day 2 of my 30-Day Leg-Blitz and I had a very hard time getting through my leg-work today.

However,… (and this is key)… it wasn’t *injury* soreness, it was plain, old *muscle* soreness from adopting a new workout pattern. This is good.

I’m sure it’ll hurt even worse tomorrow, but the day after that, I get to rest, so…
