Challenge Two: Day Forty-Eight

Breakfast: 6am
2 Eggs, Scrambled (w/Mustard)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Hot Picante Sauce)
2 Full-Leaves of Kale (w/Blue Cheese Dressing)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Evening: 7pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

3-Way Hip-Flexors:


State of Being:
Started incorporating the 3-Way Hip-Flexor Stretch today as a way to improve my posture. I definitely have a bit of a pelvic-tilt going on from counter-weighting my gut all these years. I’ve been researching exercises and stretches to help correct that, and alleviate some of the pain from my lower-back and knees.



Getting ready for a Challenge Party, just now. So, I’m going to make this brief.
