Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
1 Cheeseburger Patty (w/Ketchup & Mustard)
12oz. Diet Rite

Evening: 8pm
2 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Rye
32oz. Water

State of Being:
A very busy and active couple of weeks finally caught up with me today. I just about collapsed into a long nap this afternoon.
