Challenge Two: Day Forty-Seven

Breakfast: 7am
1 Double-Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 9am
1 Cheeseburger on Rye (w/Ketchup, Mustard & Relish)
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake

Lunch: 1pm
1 Cheeseburger Patty (w/o Bun)
2 Cups of Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower (w/Cheese)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
3 Eggs (Over Hard)
32oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Evening: 8pm
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

State of Being:
I feel really good right now.

The weather’s good, my windows have been open all day.

I feel clear.

I’m tired. It’s been a long day. But, I am happy and looking forward to a good night’s rest.

I think that finally, after that long illness, I’m finally starting to really feel like myself again. I mean, I got over it a couple weeks ago, but today’s been the first time that I’ve really felt, completely better.

This Friday, I’m going to be attending the Healthy Steps launch event at Lock 3 in Akron, to get the word out about the new Weight-Loss & Fitness Support Group that I’m starting here in the next couple weeks. Hopefully, we’ll have a good turn out!
