Challenge Three: Day Eighty-Two




Breakfast: Nothing.

Mid-Morning: 10am
1 Cup of Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 12noon
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Cup of Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
12oz. Diet Rite

Evening: 9pm
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

State of Being:
Kinda boring food-day. lol

I had planned on working out today, but my back is really sore for some reason. I may have slept funny, I’ve been having pretty fitful dreams lately.

Challenge Three: Day Seventy-Eight




Breakfast: 9am
1 Pickle
12oz. Diet Rite

Mid-Morning:Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
12oz. Diet Rite

Evening: State of Being:

~6pm~

So, Olivia’s moved in with Uncle Christopher now. She just got her spay, and a week ago, all her shots. She seems to be recovering well.

I had a psychiatrist’s appointment yesterday morning. It was crazy. I really thought I was starting to return to normal, about Dad and everything, but the minute Dad’s death came up, the floodgates broke and I was crying again.

I don’t think you ever get over the loss of a Loved-one. But, for what it’s worth, I have begun to move on.
