Challenge Three: Day Eighty-Two




Breakfast: Nothing.

Mid-Morning: 10am
1 Cup of Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 12noon
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Cup of Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
12oz. Diet Rite

Evening: 9pm
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

State of Being:
Kinda boring food-day. lol

I had planned on working out today, but my back is really sore for some reason. I may have slept funny, I’ve been having pretty fitful dreams lately.
