Challenge Two: Day Forty-Four

Breakfast: 6am
1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 10am
1 Small Taco Salad (w/o Tortilla)

Lunch: 12noon
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)

Evening: 6pm
1 Peach-Complexion-Care Visalus Shake

Squats:

Calf-Raises:




State of Being:
Yeah, I decided to work the legs today.

A few days ago, I was running all over the place through the afternoon, getting some errands handled and I woke up the next day with my leg feeling fine. So, I have to acknowledge the possibility that exercise may be actually helping the injury heal, somehow.

As you can see, I didn’t really do a whole lot. Just enough to get the blood flowing. On the calf-raises I pushed a little further, because those don't present any particular stress to the knees.

I’m very curious how I’m going to feel in the morning.
