Day Fifty-Four

Breakfast: 10am
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 12noon
1 Chicken Breast (w/Frank’s Red Hot Sauce)
16oz. V8 (Spicy Hot)
32oz. Water

Lunch: 3pm
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce & Shredded Cheddar)
16oz. V8 (Spicy Hot)
32oz. Water

Evening: 11pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/American Cheese)
1 Can Green Beans (w/Pepper)
32oz. V8 (Spicy Hot)
16oz. Water

Walk-Count: None.


State of Being:
Didn’t walk today. Back was throbbing a little too much. I wanted to give it more of a chance to rest. In fact, I think I’m going to be taking a break from walking for the remainder of the week and see if I can’t get ahead of this muscle-pull or strain or whatever it is.

I accept that my back is going to hurt until my gut has gone from “gigantic” down to merely “huge,” but what I’ve been feeling from it lately is a little more than its typical soreness.

I am going to exercise, but I’m thinking I’ll do something chair-bound and aerobic.

I got up to East Coast Martial Arts this evening, like I was talking about yesterday. I have lots of video to process and edit, so I’ll be posting about that tomorrow. Make sure you check back and see! :)
