Breakfast: 10am
1 Sweet-Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Peanut-Butter-Cup Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Evening: 10pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper & Tabasco Sauce)
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower (w/melted Cheddar cheese)
46oz. Water
