Breakfast: 9am
1 Breaking-Bad Visalus Shake
(Blueberry, with 1 tbsp. Ice-Blue Raspberry Kool-Aide Mix)
(Also known as “Crystal Blue Persuasion”)

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Visalus Shake

Evening: 9pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Stir-Fried Okra & Smoked Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce)
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)
