46oz. Water

Mid-Morning: 10am
32oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)

Lunch: 1pm
1 Peanut-Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 9pm
1 Chocolate-Covered Banana Visalus Shake
