Challenge Four: Day Thirty-Eight



Breakfast: Nothing.

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: Nothing.

State of Being:
Fasted today.

I think I’m going to get into the habit of doing this one day per week. I’ll probably randomize which day of the week it is. If it happens on Saturday one week, I won’t do it Sunday, etc. Don’t want to double-up.

I always feel really good afterward. I think it helps me to kind of reset. Cleanse, etc.
