Mid-Morning: 11am

16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry-Phyto-Power Visalus Shake

Evening: 8pm
1 Taco Salad
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)
