Breakfast: 8am
1 Cup of Colby-Jack Cheese (Fried in Coconut-Oil)
1 Chicken Breast (w/Garlic & Red-Onion)
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)

Mid-Morning: 11am
46oz. Water (w/Lemon Neuro)

Lunch: 2pm
1 Breaking-Bad Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 9pm
1 Breaking-Bad Visalus Shake
