Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Peanut Butter Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Pickle
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Evening: 10pm
1 Cheeseburger Patty
1 Cup of Steamed, Stir-Fry Vegetables
92oz. Water
