Breakfast: 10am
1 Cheeseburger Patty (w/Ketchup & Mustard)
46oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Banana Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)

Evening: 9pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

State of Being: See you tomorrow!
