Mid-Morning: 12noon
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water (w/Lemon Neuro)

Lunch: 3pm
1 Red-Raspberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 10pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Salsa Verde & Colby-Jack Cheese)
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)
46oz. Water
