Breakfast: 9am
1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 12noon
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 3pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
46oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Evening: 8pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Black Pepper & Smoked Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce)
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli
46oz. Water
