1 Double-Butterfinger Visalus Shake
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
16oz. Diet Pepsi (Decaf.)

Mid-Morning: 7am
1 Chicken Breast (w/Marinara Sauce)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water (w/Lemon)

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: 1pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Marinara Sauce & Colby Jack Cheese)
32oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Evening: 6pm
1 Strawberry-Phyto-Power Visalus Shake
