Breakfast: 10am
1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Rye (Colby-Jack)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Mid-Morning: Nothing. Lunch: 12noon
1 Chocolate-Covered-Strawberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing. Evening: 9pm
1 Peanut Butter Cup Visalus Shake

State of Being:
