1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 11am
1/2 Round Steak
2 Stalks of Celery (w/Peanut Butter)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 2pm
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chicken Breast
3 Stalks of Celery (w/Peanut Butter)
46oz. Water

Evening: 7pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Stir-Fried w/ 1/2 a Cucumber, 1 Cup Baby Carrots & 1 Diced Yellow Onion)
46oz. Water

Late-Night: 9pm
1 Liter Cherry Coke-Zero
