Challenge Two: Day Seventy-Eight

Breakfast: 7am
1 Round Steak
2 Eggs, Over-Easy
46oz. Water

Mid-Morning:Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Banana & Peanut Butter Visalus Shake (w/coconut milk)

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chocolate & Blackberry Visalus Shake (w/coconut milk)

Evening: 9pm
Stir Fry (1 Chicken Drumstick, 3 Wings, 1 Chopped Cucumber, 1 Chopped Onion, 1/4 Cup Olive Oil, 1tbsp. Ea. White Pepper & Cayenne Pepper
16oz. Diet Rite


State of Being:
So, I know I was talking about a video for today. I’m going to move that to Monday, I think.

Today ended-up very full. I spent the entire day immersing myself in healthy-lifestyle activities. I got in quite a bit more walking than I’ve done in a while, I did a few squats and even a plank. The whole day, fighting temptation and winning.

I even got to sit outside and listen to the thunderstorm. There was a fragrance in the air, (if you live in Kent, you’ll know what I mean,) it’s some kind of flower or tree. I don’t know what it is, but I’ve never smelled it anywhere else. It’s very relaxing. The rain stirred it up and the wind blew it over me.

Thunderstorms are my favorite time to be outside. Most of the time the sky is just a kind of shell over the world, but during a storm, the thunder really allows your mind to form a picture of it’s true depth above us.

It was one day.
And it was good.
