Challenge Two: Day Eighty-Three

Breakfast: 9am
1 Cappuccino Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 11am
1 Cup of Baby Carrots
46oz. Water (w/Raspberry Rush NEURO Energy Mix-In)

Lunch: 2pm
3 Small Pork Cutlets (approx. 2 square-inches ea.)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 8pm
24 Hot Wings (w/ Blue Cheese Dressing)
16oz. Diet Rite


State of Being:
Cleaned the apartment today.

I’ve noticed that I’m able to stand significantly longer than I used to, before it starts to hurt.
