Challenge Two: Day Twelve




Breakfast: 10am
1 Chicken Breast

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Chocolate-Covered-Strawberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Pizza Salad (it’s basically everything that’s on a pizza, with no crust)
32oz. Water

Evening: 8pm
1 Peanut Butter & Banana Visalus Shake

Walk-Count:


State of Being:
Ear’s steadily improving.

Still lots of muscle soreness from getting back into exercising.
