Challenge Two: Day Eleven




Breakfast: 9am
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 11am
1 Chicken Breast
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
32oz. Water

Lunch: 2pm
1 Oreo Cookies & Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 9pm
1 Huge Taco Salad
46oz. Water

State of Being:
Tired and sore, but feeling good.

Ear’s feeling a little better. Swelling’s definitely down. Pain too.
