Challenge Two: Day Fourteen




Breakfast: 9am
2 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Rye (w/Jalapeno Slices)
32oz. Water

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 3pm
1 Oreo Cookies & Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 6pm
2 Slices of Cheese Fried in Coconut Oil (w/Salsa)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
32oz. Water

Evening: 9pm
1 Taco Salad
32oz. Water

Walk-Count:


State of Being:
Finally feeling markedly better. My ear’s still a little bit plugged-up, but there’s no more pain or swelling.
