Challenge Two: Day Fifteen




Breakfast: 10am
1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Rye (w/Jalapeno Slices)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Taco Salad (Huge, I may not eat the rest of the day. lol)

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: Nothing.

State of Being:
Didn’t do my full workout today. Too sore. I think I need to pull it back for a while and just stick to walking, until I’ve recovered a little better.
