Challenge Two: Day Nine




Breakfast: 10am
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/ Tabasco Sauce)
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
32oz. Water

Evening: 8pm
2 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Rye (w/Jalapeno Slices)
1 Cup of Steamed Brussels Sprouts (w/Butter Sauce)
46oz. Water

State of Being:
Took it easy with the walking today. I only recently started exercising again, after about three weeks sick-break, and my muscles and joints are very sore. Need to ease back in. So, I’m only going to swing for the fences every other day, (the days when my MMA-Fit workouts happen,) otherwise I’ll only do one walk on off-days.

My ear is still killing me, but I can tell that the medicine is doing something. It’s gurgling and half-popping a lot more. So, something’s going on. lol Hopefully, the swelling and pressure will ease off soon. I say “half-popping” because it pops but I still can’t hear, since it’s so swollen.
