Challenge Two: Day Thirteen




Breakfast: 9am
1 Oreo Cookies & Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 12noon
1 Small Taco Salad (w/o Tortilla)
32oz. Water

Lunch: 3pm
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 8pm
16 Hot Wings (w/ Blue Cheese Dressing, no breading, don’t worry.)
4 Stuffed Jalapenos (w/ Cheddar)
46oz. Water

Walk-Count:

State of Being:
Feel pretty good. Pain’s way down, ear-wise.

Still feels blocked. Hearing’s not back to 100%. I think I might need to get it irrigated again. But, otherwise, I’m doing pretty good.

First time ever, with the stuffed Jalapenos. I just followed the recipe for stuffed peppers, but adjusted the bake-time down, since they’re quite a bit smaller. I made a bunch. They came out great!

Muscle soreness, still a major issue right now. I’ve accepted it. Hopefully I’ll recover soon.
