Day Ninety!!!




Breakfast: 9am
2 Eggs, Scrambled (w/Cheese & Mustard)
32oz. Water

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 12noon
1 Chocolate-Covered-Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
1 Chicken Breast (w/Tabasco Sauce)
32oz. Water

Evening: 7pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

  1. 93 lbs in 90 days is Awesome. That walk was awesome too! I have been doing ViSalus for 53 days and I am not going to lie to you I have struggling some with food. I am disabled with a lot of health issues. I started the shakes Jan. 1st and lost 21 lbs then gained 5 lbs back, now I am working on getting those 5 lbs back off. I would love to chat with you more, maybe you could give me some tips or suggestions. I am Joyce Perkins on Facebook and joyann1968 on You Tube

    1. It sounds to me like you're doing a great job. Little regains here and there just come with the territory, I think. I've had a little bit of that from time to time, as well. In fact, my 60 Day weigh-in came just a few days after the Resolution Rally. I weighed-in shortly before the Rally, as well. So, I ended up weighing myself twice in the span of about a week and on that second one, (which, of course was the one we filmed, lol) I'd regained about six pounds. Six pounds,... in a week. That knocked the wind out of me for about two weeks. I was depressed and frustrated. But, honestly... at over 560 pounds, at the time... my water-weight fluctuations can be up to 10 or 12 pounds, so it didn't necessarily mean anything.

      It's a marathon, not a sprint. But, yeah I'd Love to chat soon. I think I've got you favorited on YouTube already and I've been following you for a while.

  2. Christopher, Thank you for sharing. You are a true inspirarion and someone that should be looked up to. I do not know what kind of support you have(I have not watched video or read your blog other than today's) or if you have done this on your own with ViSalus.

    Regardless, You are ROCKIN IT!!!

    Yes, I am on day 49 of my 90 Day Challenge. I started at 411 and am down just over 30 pounds. In the last two weeks I have stalled out but started doing a little more physical activity the last couple days and look forward to hitting that Century (100lb) mark.
