Day Eighty-Two




Breakfast:9am
1 Peanut Butter Cup Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 6pm
1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Visalus Shake

Late-Evening: 8pm
1 Grilled Chicken Breast (w/ Roasted Red-Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce)
2 Cups of Steamed Okra

State of Being:
Feeling markedly better today!

Last night was the first night in a week that I was able to sleep for more than a half-hour at a time. So, after breakfast and a few household chores, I went back to sleep for several hours, (that’s why there’s a gap in my meals today.)
