2 Tilapia Filets (w/Ketchup)
1 Cup of Steamed Winter Squash

Water: 1 Gallon

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014

State of Being:

Tired today. But, still feeling good.

Need to get to the grocery store soon as I am almost completely out of food. lol
