1 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 5pm
1 Lg. Chicken Salad

Evening: 9pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Pan-Fried)
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli (w/Cheese)

Water: 1 Gallon

Walks: 1

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
