Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 11am
1 Steak (w/White Pepper, Red Pepper & Salt)
12oz. Diet Ginger Ale

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
1 Double Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Evening: Nothing.

Water: 1 Gallon

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014

State of Being:

Feeling good!
