Fresh-Start Challenge: Day Sixteen




Breakfast: 7am
1 Chocolate-Covered Banana Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 10am
2 Golden Delicious Apples

Lunch: 1pm
1 Blueberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: 7pm
1 Lg. Taco Salad (w/Whole Grain Tortilla)

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 4

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014

State of Being:

So, I just couldn't wait and ended up weighing-in late last night. Right after I posted last night's blog-entry in fact. lol
