Fresh-Start Challenge: Day Twenty-Six




Breakfast: 9am
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 11am
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli

Lunch: 2pm
1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Cup of Steamed Brussels Sprouts (w/Butter Sauce)

Evening: 9pm
1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich (on Rye-&-Pumpernickel Swirl, w/Jalapeno Slices)
1 Bowl of Tomato & Basil Soup (w/Dollop of Chive & Onion Cream Cheese)

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014
