1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 2pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Garden Salad (w/Italian Dressing)

Evening: 9pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Pan-Fried w/Black Pepper & Paprika)
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli

Water: 2 Gallon

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
