1 Chocolate-Covered-Strawberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: 10am
1 Golden Delicious Apple

Lunch: 2pm
1 Strawberry-Phyto-Power Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Lg. Caesar Salad

Evening: 9pm
2 Chicken Thighs (Pan-Fried w/Black Pepper)
1 Bowl of Tomato Soup

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Last Weigh-In: March 31, 2014

State of Being:

Still feeling good. Though I am still exhausted from watching Mason yesterday. Man, that kid’s got energy! lol
