1 Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 12noon
1 Blueberry Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
1 Ham & Cheese Sandwich on Rye (w/Spicy-Sweet Cucumber Chips, Mustard & Chive&Onion Cream Cheese)
1 Bowl of Tomato Soup
1 Can of Diet Rite

Evening: 9pm
1 Chicken & Bacon-Bit Garden Salad (w/Creamy Italian Dressing)

Water: 2 Gallons

Walks: 1

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
