Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Cheeseburger Patty (No Bun)
1 Caesar Salad (w/extra dressing)
12oz. Diet Coke

Mid-Afternoon:Nothing.

Evening: 8pm
4 Pieces of Chicken
1 Cup of Steamed Corn
46oz. Water
