Mid-Morning: 11am
1 Chicken Thigh
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 2pm
1 Sweet Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 6pm
1 Chicken Drumstick
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Evening: 8pm
1 Round Steak
46oz. Water




State of Being:
Feeling pretty run-down today. Like I just can’t get caught up on my sleep.

Wasn’t able to make it down to Columbus for the RST today. Looking forward to Vitality, though!
