1 Sweet-Cream Visalus Shake

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Chocolate Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
1 Chicken Thigh
16oz. V8 (Low Sodium, Spicy Hot)
46oz. Water

Evening: 8pm
2 Chicken Thighs
1 Cup of Steamed Broccoli
46oz. Water
