Challenge Four: Day Sixty-Five



Breakfast: Nothing.

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: Nothing.

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.

Evening: Nothing.

State of Being:

Felt like crap today, so I fasted.

It seems to me now that that may have been a mistake as I’m starting to tighten-up and it feels like some of my muscle groups, particularly in the lower extremities are getting dangerously close to cramping.
