1 Chicken Thigh (Slow-Cooked w/Yellow Onions, Garlic & Lemon Juice)
16oz. Iced Tea (Unsweetened)

Mid-Morning: 11am
2 Chicken Thighs (Slow-Cooked w/Yellow Onions, Garlic & Lemon Juice)
46oz. Iced Tea (Unsweetened)

Lunch: 2pm
1 Peach-Complexion-Care Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 3pm
1 Tomato (w/Salt)
46oz. Water

Evening: 8pm
1 Peach-Complexion-Care Visalus Shake
