  1. Your last state of being posted was you were feeling like crap. Since then you have fasted again. Is everything okay? Keep eating and make sure it is healthy. Still rooting for you.

  2. Yeah, I'm doing alright. Thanks for asking. I usually fast one day a week now. That day, when I wasn't feeling right I just chose that day for my fast. I didn't feel like I could have kept anything down anyway. Otherwise, I usually pick the day at random.

I'm definitely getting into some weird territory. For about four-and-a-half months from late April to September, I was very loose on the diet and completely off the wagon most of the time. Between all the stress of watching Dad waste away and trying to put his affairs in order, everybody was kind of leaning on me and the diet just kinda went out the window. I've been back on it since September and, for the most part I'm feeling better. But, things are definitely strange here and there. I'm having bad cramping episodes and insulin spikes, seemingly for no reason now. The insulin spikes come even when I haven't had any sugar. The cramps are the worst I've ever had. I'm also getting lots of migraines and dizzy-spells.

July 28th was D-Day. It was five years from the day when two doctors told me I wouldn't live another five years. So, at times I wonder if things are just starting to break down. Come what may, I'm going to keep at it.
