16oz. V8 (Low Sodium)
46oz. Water

Lunch: 3pm
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: Nothing.
Evening: 7pm
4pc. Fried Chicken
6 Jojos (w/Salt & Ketchup)
16oz. Diet Coke
