State of Being:
Posting this early, because I don't know if I'll be around the comp this evening.
Taking things nice and slow today.
Feeling way better than I did a couple days ago, but still pretty obviously ill.
Didn’t want to chance overwhelming my digestive-tract, so I was baby-stepping my meals today. The breakfast shake, for example, I took about half-an-hour to drink. (Usually takes me about a minute or less.) The Burger and Squash for lunch took about twenty minutes. (Again, usually would take about a minute.)
Shut up. I was a binge-eater for over two decades. ;)
I’ve gotten lots of support from people following yesterday’s video post about my major slip-up, which I fully admit I was shaking like a leaf when I actually uploaded that thing. That’s a LOT of transparency,… even for me, and it was really hard to do.
So, thanks everybody. It’s appreciated more than I can say in words.
