State of Being:
Feeling good today.
I got a little dizzy after this evening’s walk out to the dumpster, but I think a lot of things factored into that; allergens (it’s springtime-warm outside today,) dehydration (even though I’m drinking lots of water, my blood-pressure medicine is a diuretic so it’s tough to stay hydrated,) and the fact that I’d spent most of the day sitting and didn’t get much activity in.
Pulse is really steady and my breathing isn’t labored or anything, so I’m not worried.
