Fresh-Start Challenge: Day Thirty-Two




Breakfast: 7am
1 Super Omelet (3 Eggs, 1/4 lb. Ground Beef, 2 tbsp. Butter, 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil, 1/4 Cup Skim Milk, 1 Minced Green Pepper, 1 Minced Red Onion, w/Black Pepper & Parsley)

Mid-Morning: Nothing.

Lunch: 1pm
1 Double Butterfinger Visalus Shake

Mid-Afternoon: 4pm
2 Tilapia Fillets (Pan-Fried w/Ketchup & Mayo)
1 Cup Each Grilled Green Pepper & Red Onion (w/Salt & Black Pepper)

Evening: 8pm
1 Orange-Everyday-Defense Visalus Shake

Water: 1 Gallon

Walks: 2

Resistance Training: None.

Weight: 556.2 lbs.
